When the bonus never arrives

The moment a reward fails to appear, our checks run down the same short list.

Number still unconfirmed?
Before the bonus lands, your mobile number must be confirmed: until the code is accepted, the spins stay locked, so open your profile and resend it.
Your wallet was excluded
After a deposit through Skrill or Neteller, the spin offer falls away, since those wallets sit outside the deal; pay by card or Trustly instead.
Old bonus first, spins after
While an earlier bonus is still open, the new spins queue behind it and can expire unseen; finish or forfeit the old one, then claim again.
Hitting the qualifying sum
Once your payment falls below the tier you picked, no spin bundle is issued; check the amount and put through a top-up of the right size.
Six terms in one table

The no-deposit spin batch

Fifteen spins at 0.10 on John Hunter and the Tomb of the Scarab Queen come free, but winnings carry 10x wagering and a £100 cashout cap.

Your first win sits in bonus funds

After the reels stop on a win, this is where the money is and what unlocks it.

Play the pot through
When the 15 spins without deposit pay, the result lands as bonus money; at £0.10 a spin, that pot must be played through before any cashout.
Send your papers early
Before the first withdrawal of spin winnings, the account needs photo ID, proof of address and a card image; checks usually clear inside 13 hours.
Fair access for everyone
Once a household has taken the 15 spins without deposit, no second set is due on another account or handset; duplicates are closed.
Clear the 10 times target
From the moment spin winnings arrive, a 10 times wagering target sits on them; the estimate for the 15 spins is £1.44 expected and £14.40 turnover.

Spins in your account

Your spins, from code to cleared winnings

Most spin complaints trace back to a skipped step, and this route closes those gaps.

Spin value and slot name
Read the offer terms first: spin value, slot name, wagering and the days you have to use them all differ per code.
Matching your ID first time
Sign up with the same name and details as your photo ID, since spins without deposit can wait on a confirmed phone number.
Activation window closing
Open the bonus section and enter the code, or activate the offer there, before its activation days run out.
Fund it with a card
Top up at least £18 with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or another accepted method, keeping clear of Skrill and Neteller.
More in, more spins

Golazzo Casino spins rise with your top-up

On a Sunday, a bigger deposit brings more spins on Dolphin's Pearl: £20 earns 30, £50 earns 100 and £100 earns 250.

Must I keep spinning for the bonus?

Taking 260 spins or a no-deposit batch commits you to nothing: no further play, no further payment. Setting deposit limits, loss limits or a time-out before you spin keeps the session on your terms. GamCare, BeGambleAware and GAMSTOP offer free, independent help if play stops feeling like a choice.

Time-out periods. A break you choose in advance pauses your play, so a long spin run cannot stretch into a session you did not plan.

Self-exclusion. A firm block stops you reopening your account for the period you pick, and GAMSTOP extends that across every licensed site.

Deposit limits. Capping what you can pay in each day or week keeps a spin budget from creeping past what you meant to spend.

Your answers, fast

Still puzzled by your spins?

Six quick answers clear up what your spins are worth and where they stand.

trustWhy can I claim both kinds of spins?+
Two separate offers sit here, so yes, you can take both. The 15 spins without deposit need no card, and the 260 welcome spins arrive after your first deposit of £18 or more. Take the free ones first, then fund the account whenever you are ready.
trustWhat happens when my no-deposit wins pass the cap?+
Because the casino hands them out for nothing, it limits what comes back out. Wins from the 15 spins stop at £100, while deposit-led spins carry no such ceiling. Anything above the cap stays behind when you cash out.
trustWhere can I use the spins I was given?+
Spins only land on the slot written on the offer, so 15 spins belong to John Hunter and the Tomb of the Scarab Queen and 260 to Big Bass Bonanza. Opening a different game uses your own balance, not the spins. Check the offer tile before you tap play.
trustDo I need to verify before I withdraw?+
Yes, once you clear the wagering and confirm who you are. No-deposit winnings carry a 10x playthrough on the winnings, and deposit spins carry 37x on deposit plus bonus. Send photo ID, proof of address and a card image early; checks take around 13 hours.
trustDo I need to know what one spin is worth?+
Each spin is worth a fixed amount of cash, so 15 spins at 10p give £1.50 of play and 260 at 20p give £52.00. That stake, not the headline count, decides what you can win. Nothing is added to your balance until the reels stop paying.
trustWhere does this casino hold its gambling licence?+
Every spin here comes under the UK Gambling Commission, licence 96806-6535-R-781448, held by Golazzo Casino Ltd. That regulator sets the rules on bonus terms and payouts. Support can point you to the licence details through live chat, email or phone.
Value check

Work out what each spin really pays

By the time the numbers land, the table has multiplied spins by spin value, applied the slot RTP, then the wagering on that win; figures are estimates.

Without a deposit
15 × £0.10 = £1.50 → about £1.44 (RTP 96%, assumed average) → £1.44 × 10x = £14.40 · Max cashout £100
New-player package · deposit 1
260 × £0.20 = £52.00 → about £50.29 (RTP 96.71%) → £50.29 × 37x = £1860.73
Tuesday and Saturday spins · Tuesday
50 × £0.10 = £5.00 → about £4.83 (RTP 96.51%) → £4.83 × 10x = £48.30
Deposit band £100
250 × £0.10 = £25.00 → about £24.00 (RTP 96%, assumed average) → £24.00 × 10x = £240.00
